I have bought these set from their own website, the pen is very nice, but the pen and refills are not fit together, the 1.9 refills is a little bit thick and when we press the bottom, it does‘t come out.! They sent me again, the second one was also not useable! I’ve paid for nothing!

your video popped up in my feed today, 4 years on! Anyway, I just tried this with my passport TN and I am here to say it works great! I have all the same components- 3 notebooks, a Kraft folder and a canvas pouch, and it fits perfectly! thank you!! I am going to do the same to my standard TN next.

Do you think the one just like this on Amazon is authentic? It’s less expensive than if you buy it directly from travelers company.

Happy belated birthday! 🎂 I just purchased my first TN cover from Simpson Leather in Ohio. They're a small family owned business and I couldn't be happier with the quality and color. You may have mentioned it in the past, but how often do you change from one cover to another? And when you do, do you move your inserts? Again, I really enjoy your videos.

I just purchased a classic chic sparrow in chocolate creme brulee, with white stitching and riveted pen loop. Its in a6. It’s the only tn i have been using for personal use. I have a b6 tn for work related stuff. That one is from September Leather, but it’s color was weird and I think I got a moldy one so I don’t recommend that brand. I cleaned it up and it seems fine but yuk.

Great video of how you use your Traveller's Notebook John. I recently bought a different brand one as it was half the price of the Midori. It's the same height but a couple of centimetres wider. Still trialing different setups to get it how it will work best for me. I also have a Passport size but am agonizing over whether to use both sizes as I like the small Passport size but then another part of my obsessive brain prefers to have all my different notebooks in one cover & the Passport is a bit too small to be practical. My standard has 4 vertical elastics which saves messing around with extra elastics to pair books together. Regardless of the brand & size the TN's are a great system & Kudos to Midori for coming up with the idea in the first place.

Great vid. I have a Platinum Curidos already but would love one of these for an EDC beater pen. Seems to work great. I love that brown ink as well, might have to pick that up.

I just picked up the 'Dolphin Glow' one. I'm thrilled these are being marketed to us og adults who grew up with them in the 80's, complete with the original designs. (I had a "Rad Dog" one growing up lol.) These are very useful, no matter what your age! Thanks for the vid!

You mentioned in the video that you’re planning on a destash of some of your items. Do you do that on RUclips or IG?

I really like the mustard envelope against the green, but I especially like the mustard with the wine color on the insert. Beautiful TN and beautiful video.

So, you’re a hoarder. Sane person only needs ONE leather cover for all required inserts, usually 2 or 3. A distracted, scatter-mind сrazy person keeps buys stuff with some fake rationalizations. Because more animals must die to fulfill your unnecessary hoarding desires. Shame on you! One leather cover is more than enough, with up to 3 inserts.

According to the information on the website, it’s not canvas. “This NWF material has a pre-distressed look to it. NWF is natural wood fiber, technically a paper but with the strength and durability of leather. It is even machine washable. A great non leather or vegan option.” Never knew they had this. I’m partial to the red one.
